Common questions
- What happens if I go over my tier’s subscriber cap?

Nothing breaks — we never block you mid-month. We meter the extra
subscribers and charge $0.50 per 1,000 over the cap. Once you’re
consistently above, upgrade to the next tier for better unit
economics (Growth $79 covers 50k vs Starter $19 + 40k overage at $20 = $39
— still cheaper to stay on Starter at small overage, but Growth wins
once you cross ~30k consistently).
- Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Your subscribers, campaigns, and
analytics carry over. Billing prorates at the boundary.
- Why is paid required to disable monetisation entirely?

The free plan is funded by the click revshare on its monetised
drops, so on free they're always on; without them, no way to keep
the lights on at zero cost to you. The paid tiers (Starter /
Growth / Scale) replace the revshare model with a flat fee — your
subscriber list never goes near our inventory.
- Do you charge per push notification sent?

No. Web Push delivery is free for us (FCM/APNs/Mozilla don’t
charge platforms); charging customers per send punishes engagement
and we don’t do it. Send as many campaigns as your subscribers
will accept.
- How do you compare on price?

At 100k subscribers: OneSignal Pro $180/mo, iZooto $349/mo, Pushoney
Growth $79 + 50k overage = $104. At 250k: OneSignal $315, iZooto $349,
Pushoney Scale $249. We undercut everyone past the 25k mark while
bundling BYO domain, GDPR self-export, and the optional 60/40
revshare — features competitors charge extra for or don’t offer.
- Do you sell or share my subscriber list?

Never. On the free plan, opted-in subscribers receive promotional
drops we dispatch — but advertisers never get the list itself, just
anonymised aggregates. On any paid tier we don’t touch them at
