Delivery you can trust

Service-worker delivery confirmation distinguishes “queued by FCM/APNs” from “reached the device.” Most platforms conflate the two; we don't.

The same /c/<tracking-id> click URL your subscribers visit also pings /pb/<tracking-id> when an offer fires. Dedup by external_id. Payouts roll up automatically.
